I am looking for someone to hand engrave a 14mm rose gold half round band ring on the "outside" of the ring with my childrens names (3) and an endearment. I have had this done before on a 12mm band ring by lazer and although the placement is nice, the engraving is not rich looking. Thank you.

Good afternoon. My son is coming home from Iraq in two weeks, and we are throwing a huge party for him. There will be many gifts for him when he arrives, including a dog tag we purchased for him online. However when we received the dog tag, the words "made in Italy" weren't engraved all the way through. Only the words "made in" need to be touched up. Would it be possible to send it to someone so they can just make the two words a little deeper? Seems like a rather simple job, so I am hoping that someone can accommodate our request. I have a trophy that needs to be hand RE-engraved before it can be re-plated. The 24 letters (10 are capital letters) are faint and will be lost altogether in the re-plating process unless it's re-engraved first. I have a choice depending on engraver, plater and prices as to whether or not I can do this at all... the all volunteer organization's Board will have to approve of the expenditures prior to any work. I was married in England in 1973. I moved to the USA in 1979. In 1989 my house was burglarised when I was having surgery and was told to leave all jewelry at home. I have been very sad about the loss of my original wedding ring. I never had a picture of it. I remember the design in my head. The ring was a very wide gold band, 5/8 inch . There were flowers called chrysanthemums engraved on it with leaves and vines. It would make an old lady who has been married for 43 years, very happy if I could find someone in Philadelphia or nearby who could recreate the design for me on a plain gold band.

Hello, I have a wood stock from a Winchester Model 12 shotgun that was my grand fathers and I am looking for some inlay work. We are a jewelry store located in Lansing, MI and we are lookign for someone to do some deep engraving on a silver medallion. Our customer has had us make a medallion in 925 silver 1 1/2 inches long and and 1 1/16 wide. In the centre of the medallion we have set a bezel, 10mm x 8mm. I saw an inquiry from a Tommy Taylor to help him create what will become fake Civil War ID disc's sold as real on e-bay. PLEASE do not comply as there are many collectors that are ripped off by fake items such as these for thousands of dollars. Below I have added his request: "I wish to engrave several silver dollars as id tags ca. 1860's. All work to be done on obverse. This would require removal of some lettering and engraving the person's name and unit (preferably in period script).
